What should I expect?
Expect a safe and easy spray tan experience with There She Glows. Customized for each client, we discuss your desired color beforehand. The tan occurs in a spacious enclosed tent, and you'll see an immediate bronzing effect. The bronzer washes off in your first rinse 6-8 hours later, with the tan developing over 24-48 hours. No need to fear orange tones, stickiness, or strong odors—we guarantee a glowing, confidence-boosting result with our premium solution.
How long does a spray tan take?
A full body tan itself should take no more than ten minutes; an extra twenty minutes is estimated for equipment setup and cleanup.
How long do I need to wait to shower?
For the regular solution, your 1st rinse is between 6-8 hours or up to 10-12 hours if needed. Avoid sweating during this time. The rapid solution requires a 1st rinse between 2-5 hours, but the tan takes longer to develop. For both, avoid full-body showers for at least 24 hours. When rinsing, use cool water—it's excellent for your skin!
Is it safe to tan while pregnant ?
Baby Shower and Pregnancy Announcement shoot tans are very popular. The solution is 90% plant-based so we are comfortable using it on our future mothers. We still recommend that pregnant or nursing women consult their physician before use.
How do I maintain my spray tan?
Maintain your spray tan by prioritizing hydration, both internally and externally. Drink plenty of water and moisturize twice daily, especially right after showering to lock in moisture. There She Glows recommends Hempz Original Moisturizer, and you'll receive a detailed list of best practices in the Client Waiver. Keep your glow vibrant!
How long will my spray tan last?
Your spray tan typically lasts between 5-10 days, influenced by your skin type and adherence to the recommended maintenance routine. Additional details are available in the Client Waiver, provided upon booking your appointment.
Can men get spray tans?
Certainly! Men embrace spray tans for a healthier skin tone and to accentuate muscles. Note: Men are required to wear undergarments during the session. Get your glow on!

What should I wear to my session?
The choice is yours! You can opt to tan fully nude or wear undergarments/swimsuits—it's all about your comfort. If choosing the latter, go for items of lesser importance, just in case of any rare bronzer staining. Your comfort, your choice!
Do I need to apply sun protection with my spray tan?

Our spray tan solution lacks SPF and won't guard against sunburns. Remember, sunscreen is crucial every day, not just when you have a tan! Find tips on applying sunscreen without affecting your tan in the Client Waiver. Stay sun-safe!
